Freeze time

1.) I am a nice,  sweet, intelligent, and charming with a great sense of humor, yet, afraid to open up fully to people because I am always let down.
2.) My neighbor wants to be in a relationship with me, however, what stops her from using her knowledge of me to hurt me?
3.) I am used to being abused, used, and finding myself in awkward situations.
4.) I am Extremely insecure! My last ex ripped my heart out intentionally. Worse part is I allowed it to happen because I truly loved her and believed her games.
5.) I wish I could freeze time and play catch up as far as my career goes and unfreeze when caught up.
