There is no magic pill

1 i have ptsd and border line personality disorder
2 i have a husband and 7 year old and i know they
  both adore me
3 i cut on my wrist when the pain is too much
4 im suicidal and meds aren't working and i think
  my dr is an ass
5 im a selfish person because i really think im gonna leave
  my child in the end, and i know that she dosent deserve it
