My boyfriend that I have kids with finds me unattractive and disgusting. We have very little communication.

My ex boyfriend and keep in contact. And he always compliment me on everything he tries to convince me to be with him.

I feel as though I may be depressed and its getting worse

when I was a freshmen in high school I almost got kidnapped but I screamed so loud it brought a lot of attention and he let me go
